We are very excited about being able to offer
VNS for treatment resistant depression in Kansas
City. I am a psychiatrist who works with
patients who have intractable epilepsy. We have
had many patients who have had their seizures
cured by surgery, but who continue to keep their
VNS because it has helped treat their treatment
resistant depression. There are many other
patients who do not have seizures who we would
like to consider for this exciting treatment.
